Lorna Rush
Lorna Rush commenced her adjusting career as an Independent Adjuster in 1985 and has had extensive claims experience in investigating and resolving automobile claims, property losses, both personal and commercial, liability claims as well as fidelity losses. For the past 33 years she has focused on automobile claims for ICBC, Private Insurers and Law Firms in the area of claims investigations and settlements, trial preparation, in-depth scene investigations, scale diagrams, digital scene photographs, trial package preparation and fraud investigations. Lorna heads up our Accurate Accident Scene Investigation department.
Lorna completed the Justice Institute of BC Mediation training and continues her education on many fronts by way of the Insurance Institute of British Columbia as well as various educational seminars and conferences.
Lorna was very active with the British Columbia Insurance Adjusters Association and Canadian Insurance Professionals of Vancouver for many years, serving on the executive of both associations and concluding as President of both. Lorna also chaired the ‘Christmas In June’ Charitable organization, which raised funds for the Food Banks in local communities.

Mark Nelson joined our team in October 2017 after a 30 year career in Claims Adjusting, ICBC Claim Center management and finally as the Director of Claims Services with ICBC. Mark brings his vast Claims experience and excellent organizational skills to each file that he is investigating.

Danica Law joined our team in January 2019 after working as a Senior Injury Adjuster and Special Investigations Unit Investigator for ICBC where she conducted thorough and objective investigations on insurance fraud. She worked closely with Defense Counsel to prepare for litigation. Danica speaks English & Cantonese.

Esther Giang joined our team in October 2019. She is a graduate from the University of British Columbia where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree. She has extended experience in litigation and recently obtained her CIP designation. She is also fluent in Cantonese. Before joining Rush Claims Solutions, she worked for a provincial insurer for over six years in various departments, including handling Represented Bodily Injury Claims. Her role included review, evaluation, investigation and the settlement of these claims. When Esther is not investigating claims, you can find her on a field, court or studio sweating it out alongside friends. She enjoys long romantic walks to the fridge and jumping up and down profusely as the Canucks score a goal!
